Krissi was born in 1969 in Glendale, California. In 2005, she began attending the Flagstaff Hozhoni Art Program. Krissi has been able to use art to communicate and express the attributes associated with having autism. Her work portrays specific forms, vibrant colors and playful themes, as well as her love of holidays, dreams, family and friends. Krissi prefers to work with paint, pencil or marker, but has experimented with many mediums. Alongside her uplifting artwork, Krissi sports an eccentric sense of fashion, plays piano and utilizes a multi-lingual vocabulary at home and in the workplace.
